Dr. Beauty Dental Hospital collects and uses personal information for the following purposes. Collected personal information is not used for purposes other than those stated below; if purposes change, separate consent will be obtained.

Appointment and consultation registration
Patient identity verification and provision of dental services
Delivery of notices and handling of complaints

2. Personal Information We Collect

Required: name, contact information
Optional: consultation details, preferred appointment date

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

As a general principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, where retention is required by applicable law, the information is retained for that period.

Online consultation records: 1 year after consultation completion
Medical records: 10 years (Korean Medical Service Act)

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Dr. Beauty Dental Hospital, as a rule, does not provide patient personal information to external parties. The following are exceptions.

Where the patient has given prior consent
Where required by law or by request of an investigative authority

5. Destruction of Personal Information

After the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. For information in electronic file form, technical methods are used to delete the records so they cannot be reproduced.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Patients and their legal representatives may at any time request to view, modify, or delete their personal information on record.
