How teeth whitening is done

Oral Examination & Shade Measurement
Cavities and gum condition are checked, and the current shade is recorded with a shade guide.
Day 1
Office Whitening Procedure
Gum protection applied → high-concentration whitening agent applied → light activation for 15–20 minutes, repeated 2–3 times. Completed in about one hour in total.
Week 1–4
Home Whitening (Optional)
A custom tray is fabricated to apply a low-concentration whitening agent at home for 30 minutes–2 hours daily. This reinforces the office whitening effect and extends its duration.
Month 6+
Maintenance Whitening
A touch-up whitening every 6 months–1 year helps maintain the bright shade.
